WEEK 1 ~ Pregnancy Mother Earth Meditation

Journey through a beautiful meditation to calm and ground the whole of the physical body, clearing the mind and strengthening the spiritual connection between Mother and baby.

It’s important for us to remember that how we feel is how our baby may feel, creating calm within in this deeply grounding meditation creates a peaceful home within for our baby and thus a settled calm baby when they arrive into this world.

WEEK 2 ~ Pregnancy Chakra Healing

Our energy points within the body are amplified during pregnancy and this can be an incredibly healing time for a woman.

Pregnancy Chakra Healing opens up each of the energy points focusing more so on our root and sacral chakras within our womb to release negative energy and create space for positive energy to flow, releasing anxiety, calming and uplifting mind, body, spirit & baby.

WEEK 3 ~ Pregnancy Crystal Healing

Connecting with the beautiful nurturing healing properties of Rose Quartz and the Mystical strengthening feminine power of Black Obsidian.

We are guided to journey through an empowering healing meditation to amplify the connection and love growing within us.

WEEK 4 ~ Soul Journey to Motherhood

Connecting with the power of the rose and Rose Lineage of Mother Mary and her power within our feminine being.
