One of my women experienced this spell as she was sick of being made to feel rejected, worthless and unwanted by the certain souls from her past. She wanted to be free of feeling these feelings and more than anything she wanted to let go of her anger and hatred that was holding her in the past! As the flames burned her names, words and feelings, she had an unexpected wave of sadness flow through her and then slowly leave. Underneath the layer of anger and hate, sadness had been hiding. I then gave her space and guided her through the sadness, where it was coming from and what it was trying to tell her. I then helped her understand it, release it and allow it to leave out of the door of The Hideout. She then expressed how peaceful and free she then felt. She didn’t deserve to carry all of that heavy emotion in her beautiful heart, we opened the door letting the flames turn to smoke, and as the smoke rose into the air she felt happier, lighter and free!
